The X80 series comprises three smartphones including the standard Vivo X80, Vivo X80 Pro, and the Vivo X80 Pro+. Now, the X80 lineup will pack a new V1+ imaging processor under the hood. Moreover, Vivo teamed up with MediaTek to develop this newfangled processor.
Moreover, the newly launched V1 successor will reportedly boast an impressive array of upgraded features for improved colors. Aside from this, the V1+ will reportedly bring notable improvements to the portrait and other modes with the latest vivid and textured details. Also, Vivo claims that the V1+ is capable of effortlessly handling graphics intense mobile gaming. According to a report by MySmartPrice, the phones could retail for around RMB 3699 and RMB 6999 in Malaysia based on the configuration.
The X80 will reportedly ship with LPDDR4X RAM. However, the Pro and the Pro+ models could come with LPDDR5, instead. Furthermore, all three phones are likely to run Android 12 OS and support WiFi 6 and NFC connectivity. In the meantime, the X80s series will be launching in Malaysia as well. The lineup will be available in Cosmic Black, and Urban Blue color options.
