Pixel Buds Pro |
For years now, with its products, Apple has played a leading role in the market and dictates the line to other manufacturers, who very often find themselves forced to chase. It comes as no surprise, therefore, the rumor that Google is preparing to enter the high-end earphone market in the wake of Apple’s AirPods Pro.
It is true that the technology on the earphones is experiencing a great development even on the most accessible products, with excellent systems in the field of active noise cancellation that are on sale for figures below 100 euros, but there is a category of users who want more and is interested in devices with premium features and quality.
Precisely to satisfy these consumers, here is the appearance of earphones at the top of the offer, usually characterized by the acronym Pro, launched by Apple. This trend is now not escaping even Google which, after the excellent results of the Pixel Buds A-Series in the price range of around 100 euros, would be ready to introduce the Pixel Buds Pro.
A ‘SPATIAL’ AUDIO
The rumors, coming from accredited sources, speak of top-of-the-range earphones offered in four colors, Real Red, Carbon, Limoncello and Fog. Although there is no confirmation on this, the Pixel Buds Pro – it is to be expected – will be equipped with the most advanced and recent technologies in the industry: active noise cancellation, the ability to recognize head movements and three-dimensional spatial audio.
Precisely regarding these last two features we know that the tracking of the head will be one of the innovations introduced in the next Android 13, together with the spatial audio, also favored by the recent acquisition by Google of the start-up Dysonics, which specialized in this technology.
To find out more, we may have to wait for the next Google I/O, an event during which the company, which has so far limited any information and leaks to a minimum, will present its news.
