Call of Duty retains agreement with Sony for the next three Games

Call of Duty

Call of Duty 19: Modern Warfare 2, from the recent data mining, provided that PS players have early access to BETA testing, this means that Sony and Activision continue to maintain cooperation on COD games. Surprisingly, Sony’s exclusivity deal may exceed your expectations.

The news on Twitter from Uncle party Tom Henderson reveals that Sony’s exclusivity agreement will continue into the future three games, including “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2”, “Call of Duty: Warzone 2” and the next game of the T group.

Well to say If Microsoft honors Sony’s existing agreement (which Microsoft has actually said it will), nothing will change until Call of Duty 2025/2026.

He was asked if Call of Duty would be an Xbox exclusive after Activision was acquired by Microsoft, Henderson replied: “There is an agreement. I don’t even think Microsoft knows what to do".

Furthermore, microsoft has previously confirmed that they will abide by the previous agreement Sony made with Activision on the Call of Duty game. In addition, Microsoft has also promised Sony that Call of Duty games will continue to be available on the PS platform after the existing agreement ends, so that Sony fans can continue to enjoy their favorite games.

However, future Call of Duty games may debut on Xbox Game Pass, and Xbox players will have early access to BETA.
